All applications for Long Term Care Homes must go through your Local Health Integration Network’s (LHIN) Home and Community Care.

Applications to the Golden Manor are processed through the North East Home and Community Care Support Services.

Rates

All resident room rates are set by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care on a yearly basis.

Persons occupying a basic accommodation may qualify for a subsidized rate. Determination is made upon admission.
