Residential Landfill Fees
The City of Timmins wishes to inform the public that debit is the only acceptable method of payment at the Deloro Landfill site.

The Deloro Landfill Site Tipping as per schedule “N” in By-Law 2025-9260, is as follows:
Waste Classification
There will be a flat fee of $4.12 to enter the Deloro Landfill Site, regardless of waste composition or fee.
- Solid Waste from Residential Users
- 2025: $61.00 per tonne plus a $4.00 flat fee
2026: $62.83 per tonne plus a $4.12 flat fee
- Waste from the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional sources
- 2025: $94.00 per tonne plus $4.00 flat fee
2026: $96.82 per tonne plus $4.12 flat fee
- *Contaminated Material
- 2025: $139.00 per tonne plus $4.00 flat fee
2026: $143.17 per tonne plus $4.12 flat fee
- Asbestos Containing Material
- 2025: $120 Flat fee plus $90.00 per tonne
2026: $123.60 Flat fee plus $92.70 per tonne
**Appliances containing refrigerant = $56.65
Clean Fill = No charge
Tires = No charge
Leaf and Yard Waste = No Charge
*Material must be deemed non-hazardous as per O. Reg. 347. Contact Service Timmins to discuss process of acceptance prior to delivery.
** For the purpose of this by-law, an appliance shall include but is not limited to the following: refrigerators, washing machines, hot water tanks, dishwashers, washers, dryers, freezers, stoves, etc.
Tisdale Transfer Site
- 2025: $4.00 flat fee per visit
- 2026: $4.12 flat fee per visit
