    - addressing crime and safety procedures at all levels of government.
 
    - working with local partners and agencies committed to improving community safety.
 
    - supporting a unified, community-system approach that makes safety a shared responsibility.
 
    - delivering on the City's Community Safety & Well-being Plan (CSWBP).
