Project Details:
This year's paving contract will complete complete asphalt repair on approximately 3 kilometres of roadway and 7 kilometres of surface treatment on rural roads; paving of the Terry Fox Trail, Crawford St. N., the Archie Dillon Sportsplex entrance, and the trail at Roy Nicholson Park.
The City bases its “grind and pave” priorities on feedback from internal departments like Public Works and from a 2019 Roads Needs Study, which has ranked roads based on a Pavement Condition Index (PCI).
